This page explains what information is collected when you visit mimari3d.com, how it is used and what your rights are. The site has no user accounts, payments or contact forms; you reach us through WhatsApp or by phone.

Who is responsible for your data

This site is owned by Ufuk Şen (mimari3d), who is responsible for your personal data. For any privacy question or request, contact us on WhatsApp or by phone at +90 530 322 93 01.

What we collect

Cookies

The site uses only these cookies:

• m3d_consent (necessary, 1 year): remembers whether you chose “Accept” or “Reject” in the cookie bar.
• m3d_lang (functional, 1 year): remembers your choice if you pick Turkish or English in the language switcher.
• Google Analytics cookies (starting with _ga, analytics): loaded only if you click “Accept” in the cookie bar. If you reject, Google Analytics does not run at all.
• Comment cookies (WordPress): if you tick “save my details” when commenting, your name, email and website are stored in your browser for your next comment.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, approximate location, device and browser type. This information is not used to identify you personally; it is reviewed in aggregate only to improve the content and the site. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google processes data.

Comments

When you leave a comment, the form data (name, email, website if given, and the comment) plus your IP address and browser information are stored. Your email address is never published. Comments may be checked by Automattic’s Akismet service to filter spam. To show a profile picture, an anonymised string created from your email address may be sent to Automattic’s Gravatar service. Comments and their data are kept for as long as the comment stays published.

WhatsApp and phone

The WhatsApp buttons on the site take you to WhatsApp (Meta); your message may automatically include the page you wrote from. Information and files you share over WhatsApp are used only to answer your request and prepare a quote. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms also apply.

Embedded content from other sites

Some articles may include embedded content from other sites (for example YouTube videos). This content behaves as if you visited that site directly and may use its own cookies.

Server logs

The site runs on our hosting provider’s servers. For security and to keep the service running, the server may keep standard access logs such as IP address, request time and browser information.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. It is processed only through the service providers named above (Google Analytics, Akismet, Gravatar, WhatsApp, the hosting provider) for the purposes described. Some of these providers may be located outside Türkiye.

Your rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to ask for correction or deletion, and to object to processing. If you visit from the European Union, your rights under the GDPR also apply. You can send these requests using the contact details above, including a request to delete comments you have left.

This policy is updated when the services used on the site change. The current version is always on this page; the date at the top shows the last update.
